MEET LUCIE

Hi, I’m Lucie Scarlett, founder of Lucie Scarlett Fitness and a passionate advocate for women’s health and strength. My love for fitness began at a young age when I taught dance and Zumba, but it truly deepened when I discovered weightlifting and the power of strength training to transform not just the body, but the mind. Over the years, I’ve learned how building strength and changing body composition through the right training can help every woman achieve her dream body—without diet fads, extreme restrictions, or losing the joy in life. 

As a women’s coach and a mum, I understand the unique challenges that women face, especially when juggling motherhood and personal fitness goals. I’ve been through my own journey, from competing in bodybuilding competitions to overcoming personal struggles with eating disorders and low confidence. These experiences have fueled my desire to help other women break through barriers, conquer gym anxiety, and embrace their bodies with pride and self-belief. 

My aim is simple: to help women feel fierce, confident, and unstoppable in their own skin. Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about empowerment and becoming the best version of yourself.

Our mission is to guide women on their journey to becoming the strongest, most confident versions of themselves. With the right training, a positive mindset, and a supportive community, you can achieve more than you ever imagined—and you don’t have to give up the things you love in the process.
